Support yourself in the new year with the gift of yoga as we dive into the ancient practice of Kundalini.
Each week we will focus on a different topic with a correlating meditation and sequence. The practice can range from very gentle to vigorous, but is always accessible to all levels. We will move through asana (physical postures), pranayam (breathing techniques), meditation, and use mantras.
Everyone who registers for all 8 classes receives a small, handmade recipe book full of ideas to help support your body from the inside out!
This ancient technology is very precise and effective. Come and learn practices to clear out the stagnant patterns that are holding you back and allow you to move forward in your life from a place of clarity.
