Facility Use Application

Shakti in the Mountains welcomes groups and individuals in our community that wish to hold seminars, workshops and other events, both private and open to the public. We offer a warm, comfortable space that is suitable for larger groups, or even smaller groups and breakout sessions.

The first step to any event at Shakti in the Mountains is to read through the information below and submit a facility application. Please note, no reservation is finalized until you have been contacted, the facility application is approved and the deposit (if applicable) is received.

To use the space at Shakti events, the following rate applies:
  • 2 hours (minimum) = $60
  • 4 hours = $110
  • 6 hours = $160
  • 8 hours = $210
Using the space includes the following:
  • Access to wi-fi (for the presenter(s) only)
  • Access to the kitchen and the dishes, including hot tea & water
  • Access to the entire downstairs and the lawn
  • Access to 2, 6-foot long tables and approximately 40 folding chairs
  • Access to dry erase board and screen
Special Events

Special considerations can be made for events encompassing multiple days/dates or special occasions, i.e. weddings. Different fees will apply. To inquire about a special consideration or occasion, contact Kim.

Balance (minus deposit if applicable) is due the day of the event.

Shakti in the Mountains is a smoke-free, alcohol-free and drug-free establishment.

Complete and submit the attached application. Once your application has been received you will be contacted regarding your request. If a deposit is required you will be sent a deposit invoice. No reservation is finalized until you have been contacted, the facility application is approved and the deposit (if applicable) is received.
