Heart of Feminine Wisdom: SFU @ Shakti in the Mountains
Feb 9 @ 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Heart of Feminine Wisdom: SFU @ Shakti in the Mountains | Johnson City | Tennessee | United States

What is it to live in the heart of Feminine wisdom?

This experiential workshop is a deep dive into the mysteries of your heart, exploring:

  • perceiving from and through the heart
  • sourcing your heart’s wisdom
  • the power of the heart to transform, heal, and hold
  • connecting through the heart to others and the Heart of the World (the Great Heart)

Before you dismiss this as soft or lacking validity, consider that multidisciplinary research has proven that connection to and trust in our hearts has profound physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. Our hearts are covered by a membrane containing nearly 40,000 neurons – the same category of cells that make up our brains. They are intelligent beings – able to feel, think, learn and guide our behaviors. What might life, YOUR life, look like, with a little more heart?

“Valentine’s Day” Offering
The heart of Feminine wisdom lives within each of us. Join us in reclaiming the true power of this celebrated day – the power of our hearts as individuals, in ALL of our relationships and as a collective heart, connected with the heart of the Earth Herself.

I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my Soul. ~ Rumi

In this class, the union of yoga’s ancient technologies of breath and movement, together with Shakti Rising’s 9 Gates of Awakening (our Therapeutic Model of (Soul) Recovery) allows practitioners to connect with and embody deep parts of their Soul.

Shakti’s 9 Gates of Awakening assist seekers and journeyers in: identifying, facing and transforming roadblocks using practices like ‘being with what is,’ rather than force; (re)connecting with resources – both internal and external – that create momentum for moving forward with discipline and grace; sourcing, expressing and living your deepest truth and Soul’s longings.

This class is Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 am, January 18 – March 8, 2019.
Investment for this 8-week course is $108 (click tickets to register) or $15 drop-in/each class.
Course is limited to 12 women.

Vocational Astrology @ Shakti in the Mountains
Feb 25 @ 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Our vocation, we’ve learned, is the work we do. Our career. Our profession. The word “vocation” comes from the Latin vocare which means to call.

Our vocation, then, is the work that we are called to do. In this workshop, we will use the astrology to identify talents, define tangible goals, and awaken your life purpose and passion. In other words, we will use the astrology to find and work with your calling.

If you have your natal chart, bring a copy with you. If not, I can provide it for you. You will need to send me your date, time, and location of birth at least the day before the workshop. Email your information to me at k.c.gott@gmail.com

Limited space. Co-ed.
Investment for this workshop is $40.
Pre-registration is required to secure your spot.
