Earlene HopkinsEarlene Hopkins, a Pre-Trainer in both Gyrokinesis® and Gyrotonic® methodologies, has been teaching this movement system for 16 years. Through these methods, she has trained dancers from the Opéra de Paris, Compania Nacional de Danza Espaa (Madrid), Opéra Nationale de Bordeaux, among others. In addition to helping students who just want to de-stress after work, she has worked with students suffering from multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, and various lower back and shoulder and knee injuries.

Our bodies are miraculous, and when they are good in working condition, we can do all sorts of marvelous things.

But sometimes our bodies challenge us: give us projects to work on in the form of dis-ease and pain. These challenges often make us feel irritable, sad, scared and lonely.

Restorative Yoga is designed to help you find a way out of this quagmire and create a different relationship with your body.

In this ONLINE class, you will learn:

  • yoga poses that best support you
  • the qualities of the 7 major chakras and how to use those energies to heal
  • to connect with your wise self and listen to the wisdom of your body
