Adah Watson is an intuitive holistic practitioner of diverse energy healing modalities which embraces the body, mind, and spirit. She has been practicing in the field since 2002 and is the owner and founder of Universal Holistics.
Adah was born in India and has a rich cultural background where she grew up in the beautiful and exotic Seychelles islands. She continued her studies abroad in the United Kingdom (UK) for over a decade before relocating to the USA.
Adah is a Reiki practitioner of 18 years, who received her master’s level in 2010 and also a practitioner of Thought Field Therapy (TFT), EFT Matrix Re-Imprinting, Past Life Regression, Life Coach, Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuro-affective Desensitization, Hypnotist and practice the ancient tradition of ‘Champi’, (known as Indian Head Massage in the Western culture) and is a natural healing practice in the Indian Culture for more than 4000 years. She obtained a diploma in Indian Head Massage in 2002, which is recognized by the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies (IIHHT); the largest professional association for complementary and holistic therapies in Europe. She qualified as a counselor in the UK in 2008, and after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education at Warwick University, Adah became a member of the British Association for Counseling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and is a certified hypnotist and a recognized member of the National Guild of Hypnotist in the USA.
Currently, Adah is completing her Masters in Health and Wellness. She is also a passionate advocate of meditation, stress management techniques, creative art, energy healing, and energy cleansing, drumming and plant-based diet to mention a few.
