Re-awaken the connection to your authentic self, to the Earth, and the Divine Feminine as you commune with other women in nature.
During this time in the woods, you will participate in nature-based ritual and ceremony and experience liberation, engage in self-reflection, and claim meaning for self while strengthening mind, body, and spirit.
You can expect a moderate hike with a creek nearby. Your trail guide will plan a meaningful and magical interaction with nature. The structure of the experience will be revealed to you along the way.

Kate Day Shuppert
Transformational Recovery Leader
Kate is a lover of nature, art, and adventure. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and concentrated her grad school studies in expressive arts therapies. Kate is an artist, an energy practitioner, a beekeeper, and the lead singer in a rock band. Kate has a natural healing presence and has used her experience and gifts to work with women and children in crisis. Her true passion lies in utilizing art and rituals in nature as a way to help others connect to their authentic self, the Earth, and the Feminine Divine.
Some of her most memorable and meaningful life moments have occurred while communing with nature, from rafting the Colorado River, raising wolf pups and Monarch butterflies, and ongoing encounters with black bears to experiencing the power of lightning as it struck the small ledge she was standing on at the rim of the Grand Canyon. She finds strength in nature and on her best days you’ll find her dancing in the woods.
