Our bodies are miraculous, and when they are good in working condition, we can do all sorts of marvelous things.
But sometimes our bodies challenge us: give us projects to work on in the form of dis-ease and pain. These challenges often make us feel irritable, sad, scared and lonely.
Restorative Yoga is designed to help you find a way out of this quagmire and create a different relationship with your body.
In this class, you will learn:
- yoga poses that best support you
- the qualities of the 7 major chakras and how to use those energies to heal
- to connect with your wise self and listen to the wisdom of your body
