Meet your teacher:
Tonya Van Hook, PhD, has studied Qigong and Tai Chi for over 25 years. She is certified by the International Institute of Medical Qigong as a Medical Qigong Practitioner. Her practice allows her to reach people of all ages and mobilities. She assists them on their journeys to a more balanced way of living by improving their energy and guiding them to use breath and movement as a means of transformation.
