Going deep and stretching the connective tissues in the body is the focus of a yin yoga practice. In addition, yin is a slow, meditative practice of a limited number of postures which are held from 1 to 5 minutes.
This six-week course will assist in creating balance, alleviating stress, and improving mobility.
