Yoga for the Winter Season: an 8-week practice to support your energy
with Kim Bushore-Maki
January 11 – March 1, 2023 (Sign up any time and receive all eight classes!)
$88 for 8-week series
With unpredictable weather, shorter days, and fluctuating energy levels, Yoga for the Winter Season is being offered as a pre-recorded, online class, so you can choose when to practice. This 8-week series is designed to support your body during the coldest, darkest time of the year. Each 45-minute practice will include a short meditation, gentle flow sequence, and an energy practice. Because this series is recorded, you can watch the classes over and over again at a time that best serves you.
The first class will be released on January 11 with a new class dropping each subsequent Wednesday until March 1. A yoga mat and sturdy blanket or cushion to sit upon are recommended. (You also may wish to use a strap (bathrobe belt) or a block.)
As always, please listen to your body and do not engage in any pose or practice that causes you pain. Modifications will be offered so you may adjust your practice to accommodate your body’s needs.
You may email me if you have any questions, desire further instruction, or just want to share how the practice is working for you.
Co-ed. $88 for full 8-week series.
