In an effort to maintain health, Qigong will meet outside unless the weather is poor, then it will meet inside (with masks). If you are not sure whether to attend, you may contact the instructor, Tonya, with the following email: tonyavanhook@yahoo.com

During the winter season, the outdoor, Qigong classes will be offered as “pop-up” events. Please check the Shakti in the Mountains’ Facebook page and Instagram for special Qigong offerings.

Qigong (chee gong) is a 5,000 year old practice that can improve mental focus and balance your qi (energy).

$8 drop-in per class
Or you may pay for a month at a time at $5 per class.
Payments are to be made at class. No pre-registration required.

Meet your teacher:

Tonya Van Hook, PhD, has studied Qigong and Tai Chi for over 25 years. She is certified by the International Institute of Medical Qigong as a Medical Qigong Practitioner. Her practice allows her to reach people of all ages and mobilities. She assists them on their journeys to a more balanced way of living by improving their energy and guiding them to use breath and movement as a means of transformation.
