Shakti Stewardship Purpose

We exist

to nurture the discovery of and the living into one’s soul purpose

In a way

that inspires and equips people to lead from their heart

So that

people who practice inclusion, love, respect, and kindness are the stewards of our communities.

The Shakti Stewardship Program is for…

people who are committed to leading from a place of congruence, wholeness, and flexibility while staying present to what lives in their heart.

This 16-hour program explores energy, archetypes, consciousness, and spirit and is based on the premise that to live your soul’s purpose is the highest form of service you can offer the world.

Why Stewardship?

The word “stewardship” reflects the underlying beliefs of the program.

Stewards are people who are responsible for and who care for a place and the people who live there.

Stewards are pledged to a purpose greater than themselves and make decisions which elevate humanity and protect the planet.

Embracing the concept of “steward” shifts the focus from “me” to “we” and recognizes the interconnectedness and interdependence among all living things.

What is a Shakti Steward?

A Shakti Steward…

  • is someone who takes responsibility for their words, actions, and healing.
  • recognizes that true power requires collaboration and the sharing of resources.
  • is invested in the well-being of the people whom they serve.
  • tunes into and values their intuition.
  • is committed to using the least amount of resources as possible.
  • sets clear boundaries and holds people accountable.
  • is invested in creating conditions which enliven people and the planet.
  • strives for balance and fosters equitable relationships.
  • navigates ambiguity with integrity.
  • leads with love.

Shakti Stewards are tasked with identifying their swadharma, or higher purpose, in order to serve the world from a place of ananda, or bliss. To that end, Shakti Stewards learn tools and techniques to cultivate a balanced state of consciousness and to integrate fragmented parts of themselves.

Shakti Stewards are committed to unlearning patriarchal leadership beliefs which value transactional relationships based on dominance and fear. Instead Shakti Stewards acknowledge there is an universal creative energy, which flows through all living things, and intentionally tap into that energy to steward healthy, equitable, and sustainable relationships.

Be a Part of a Growing Community

The Shakti Stewardship Program exists both to care for and to stretch people. It is a culmination of many years of exploring, failing, learning, and nurturing ways to navigate a life and a career centered on living from the soul.

This Shakti Stewardship Program is more than a program. It is about building intentional communities where people:

  • examine what motivates and enlivens them
  • explore what resides in their heart and soul
  • design a life filled with meaning and purpose
  • experience personal transformation
  • invest in being a loving steward for themselves, their families, and the planet

If you want to be a part of this community, if you feel a deep resonance with this mission, then please join the Shakti Stewardship Program this spring. We need more heart-centered, soul-driven stewards to create and to nurture the communities we all long to live in.

Testimonials

This stewardship program offered me a space to be vulnerable, be held accountable, and become the leader and person I want to be.

I had the honor of attending Kim’s Shakti Stewardship program. As a young woman figuring out what kind of leader I want to be in my community and career, the program helped align me to the leader I want to show up as everyday. I had the opportunity to be in a group with amazing women on their unique journeys; though, everyone’s journey was different, their lessons and experience helped me on my own path. This stewardship program offered me a space to be vulnerable, be held accountable, and become the leader and person I want to be. I highly recommend joining Shakti Stewardship program- you will notice the change in yourself and your life.

Highly recommend this course!

I participated in the Shakti Stewardship program during a very difficult time of my life. Walking through this course with Kim, and the other women in the group, helped me re-evaluate where I was and where I wanted to be. I greatly appreciated the book we read and the supplemental activities Kim brought to each meeting. It helped me focus and process through challenges in my life that I was distracting myself from and it helped me step into a new phase of my life. Highly recommend this course!

The group felt sacred and I enjoyed being in community with like-minded people.

I am deeply grateful to have been a part of the Shakti Stewardship program. The group felt sacred and I enjoyed being in community with like-minded people. Kim has a way of guiding me to be a better human, a gentler being. I appreciate how she breaks down the concepts she shares and adds her wisdom to the approach. I would recommend this program for anyone who feels the tug of leadership, in their community, in their relationships, within themselves.

…a must-attend for new, emergent, or seasoned leaders at any level, in any sector.

The Shakti Stewardship program is a must-attend for new, emergent, or seasoned leaders at any level, in any sector. I hold a degree in leadership and this is the “aha” content I wish I’d had sooner. This course allowed me to honor my personal strengths and power, and draw from that deep well, while also giving me the understanding and tools to develop what may not be innate, but is critical to, holistic leadership.

Kim is an engaging, thoughtful, and creative facilitator who shares power with every person in the room, elevating the concept of Shakti Leadership. I left with new knowledge, friends, and a stronger sense of community.
